1. BENEFITS

• Holiday Pay - Upon completion of 60 working days of employment, our temporaries receive holiday pay.
• Vacation Pay - Vacation pay is awarded according to the following procedure:
  • 5 days Vacation - if you have worked 2,000 hours within a 15-month period
  • For each additional 1,000 hours worked - 5 days vacation is earned.

2. RAISES
Regular raises are offered within certain customers, based on positive evaluations at a time specific of our customer.

3. UNLIMITED BONUS REFERRALS
A bonus is earned by any temporary working with us who provides, as a referral, an individual who is placed with a customer firm and has completed 80 hours at that firm on our payroll. The applicant's name must be presented, upon referral, and the applicant must state who referred them.

4. YEAR-END BONUSES
All employees having worked 160 hours are offered year-end bonuses.

5. EDUCATION
Any temporary working with us in an on-going assignment qualifies for computer training in a specific area. The criteria being that this training fits within your specific vocational area.
